Bungee Fly Fit

Join us for our 2-3 day course Friday Saturday and Sunday morning if need extra time- 8 am to 6 pm each day. Sunday 1pm-4pm only if required. You will learn how to create a Bungee Fly Fit class. Variety of movements, Basic, intermediate Combination movement, and choreography, Implement different levels, Use of bungee equipment, Safety instructions, rigging, bungee workout principles, Injury prevention’s, Practice teaching and become certified and so much more.

Our teacher training is comprehensive teaching you everything you need to know, working with your bungee.
