The family brought me a gym membership for my 50th birthday, did not know what to expect, but the owner(heba) made me feel very welcome and told me the workout I needed do to for my age and fitness, a few weeks in and I feel a lot better already, If I can do it so can you.

amazing little gym with wonderful staff very welcoming and very very reasonably price I was there for work and attended the last session of the day Monday through Thursday and was very pleased with the classes and variety offered
highly recommend the gym
also other member where great to be around hopefully get to head this direction for work again will definitely stop in if I'm passing through
