I needed an app for my clients to access and book personal training sessions and Pilates classes and I came across Fitii, by a member of a Facebook fitness forum. I decided to give it ago as its Australian and I was able to speak to Pietro, who is behind the Fitii app and he guided me in how it would work for my clients and me. I have been really pleased with the app as my clients have easily downloaded the clients app and were able to book sessions and pay for various services that I provide.

Fitii works perfectly for me as a Pilates instructor, I can manage who’s coming to my classes and clients pay in advance when booking a spot, plus it keeps client’s contact information and notes so I can easily find and refer to them!

As a new business, I couldn’t justify the monthly fees other apps charged, but Fitii is great as the charges are per transaction, so I’m only charged when I’m getting paid - with no ongoing monthly costs or sign up fees!

It has increased my credibility as a Personal Trainer and my sales as it looks very professional and it’s easy to use for both my clients and me. I’m also able to send invites to potential clients and I have found they have joined easily with this feature.

I thoroughly recommend this app as I’m able to chat to clients directly through it, create my own packages and know exactly what sessions I have for the week and the payments I have received.
