I have been seeing Laura for a bit more than 2 months now and just love our sessions! Laura is able to "scan" my body and provides me with accurate specific and precious advises to help me achieving strength, but most importantly, balance, stability and better confidence. With Laura, there is no stress nor burnout feeling. But a lot of laugh and fun. My greatest happiness lately has been to be able to do a handstand against the wall. No stress, no fear, no heart beating like crazy.

I started PT due to a lingering lower back injury that just wasnt getting better.

Laura has helped immensly with making things better for me, making much better than the chiro (still needed).

I think of Laura as some sort of specialst physiotherapist instead of a PT.

And on a side note as a big added bonus ive lost 10kg, droppes some clothes sizes and have muscles.

I have had sessions with Laura for a persistent shoulder injury that was stopping me from doing lots of things I love to do. Laura guided me to work on the strengths I have and to ‘work with’ the limitations of my shoulder. Fast forward to today and I now have full range of movement in my shoulders and they are now as strong as ever and I am pain free. Laura thank you for your patience and persistence, and for seeing a path ahead for me even when I couldn’t see it for myself.
