Locally owned and operated since 2003 Body&Soul has grown to be one of the most sort after fitness facilities for the community. The club features two virtual cinemas for 24/7 group fitness. Hammer Strength equipment, Beauty Salon Free Breakfast Supplement Shop Functional Training Area and over 400 classes per week. Body&Soul is known as a non-intimidating fitness experience for the whole family.

I am here in Ballarat on vacations.. and i got an awesome fully equipped gym that is body and soul..i spend very good time there..and i am loving it...all the best.

Congratulations to this club... for me you guys really made the gym sooo far above the rest. Virtual classes are the best thing, for someone like me who loves the in person classes but can't make the times and sometimes feel self-conscious about big groups, virtual classes I can do when it suits me and be really comfortable... your virtual classes have changed my gym experience and I look forward to them...
