A passion for health, personal development, creativity and learning are, for me, cornerstones that have risen from my
diverse range of learning experiences over the last decade.
I completed my Cert III and IV in Fitness in March 2022 and am looking to pursue a career in personal training.
I highly value learning and the continuation of my own education; I’m always looking for new ways to upskill myself and I hope to join a gym environment and work with mentors that value the growth and education of their trainers.
My longer-term professional goal is to develop a holistic health and wellness coaching business that combines fitness,
mindset coaching/NLP, nutrition, bioenergetics/qi-gong/breathwork and flow state coaching to help people lead a
healthy and embodied life.
