I've trained in lots of different gyms over the last 20 yrs and Carolyn and her Studio is by far the best. Carolyn and the trainers make every session challenging and different. They will cater to individuals injuries even in the class setting. They are kid friendly including knowing your child's name, greeting them with a hug and holding them whilst they take the class and you train. Everyone who trains here is freindly and we all know each other's names and push each other through encouragement. It's my happy place.

I’ve been training with Carolyn's Studio for a few years now. I have seen an improvement in my overall strength and tone, my next goal will be cardio fitness which I have no doubt I’ll achieve with the help of the awesome trainers who are all very experienced, knowledgeable and willing to help you achieve your personal goals. Programs are tailor made to suit the individual, so whether you have an injury or medical issue preventing you from exercising the trainers will work with you to adapt and achieve your goals. It’s a very friendly, encouraging and relaxing environment, highly recommend to anyone.

Carolyn McMillan is an excellent trainer. I have been training with her for nearly 5 years & couldn't be happier with my results & experience. In that time I've lost 25 kgs and kept it off. I have also improved my strength & fitness beyond what I could have imagined. She works with you as a whole; mentally, emotionally & physically. She is very knowledgeable and committed & she helps you reach goals that you never thought were achievable. Her tips on nutrition are excellent and her dedication is clear. Our sessions are always hard work but they are always different & with an element of fun. She's supportive and encouraging & I would definitely recommend Carolyn to anyone as she is the best!

I’ve trained with Carolyn for 5 years, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers in the area. I really enjoy the variety of each session. My training buddy and I are at different fitness levels, but she still challenges us both equally during the same session She is always focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging yet fun & enjoyable. My fitness has increased, and I’ve seen improvement in my core strength, lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder each session. She makes herself available to clients for advice on nutrition and training to specific needs. She works around injuries and supports during recovery
