Chez was my PT for three months and in that time she was very helpful with my weight loss goals. She helped me to lose 10kg approx in that time. Her training methods were motivating and inspiring. She also helped me with a good diet plan and stared me in the right direction to stay on track and keep the weight off with a good balance of exercise and nutrition.

I started training with Chez in Jan 2019, it was very hard at the start as I had never been to a gym and only exercise was walking. Chez always encouraged me and was so positive which helped me get addicted. Her training skills and motivation and knowledge of the exercises is excellent. In the last 2 years that I have been doing PT, Boxing and group functional training I have become mentally and physically stronger and am able to face life's challenges . She has constantly encouraged me to get to where I am today. I have managed to loose 10 kg and keep the weight off. She speaks about healthy eating and explains about what exercises targets different muscles in your body . Great PT
