I have been a personal training client of Chris O'Neill for over two years. Chris has an extensive knowledge of fitness. He gives clear instructions and demonstrations. In particular, he is great at explaining why we do the exercises we do - e.g. the muscle groups that are being targeted with each exercise. Chris shows a lot of empathy with all his clients and takes the time to listen and understand every person's needs. He knows just how to challenge and inspire each of us as individuals. He makes a point of getting to know everyone as a person, and to learn what is most important to each of us in our own wellness journeys. During the past two years I have learned a lot from Chris!

When I joined the gym a year ago I had very limited movement in one arm due to a shoulder injury. Chris designed a training programme which has massively improved my strength and range of movement. He also assisted me to pass a workplace fitness assessment. He creates a fun and supportive environment in the gym and is always pushing us to do our best.

Chris is by far the best personal trainer I have come across and especially to have the good fortune to employ. His skills as a trainer are only surpassed by his people skills, no matter who you are, he makes you feel special like you are the only client he has ever worked with, and the only thing that matters right now. Even if there are 7 other clients in the session with you. He finds ways to help our clients feel confident, focused and driven beyond anything they have ever achieved before. Finding the right method for each individual so that they can excel. He delivers results again and again and helps those clients above and beyond what would be expected of him
