I'm an experienced Pilates Instructor teaching Matwork, Reformer and Band, Ball and Circle in inner city Melbourne since 2019, with a focus on trauma informed, mindful pilates (for injury, seniors and pre/postnatal). Utilising pilates breathwork and specified muscle recruitment sequencing / layering to assist in mind muscle connection for the improvement of energy, posture and spine flexibility, promoting an overall sense of wellbeing in my clients.
