We are lucky enough to have Katie as one of our CrossFit Coaches. She is an extremely capable and enthusiastic coach. She's extremely dedicated to, not only her own fitness journey but helping out as many people as she can along the way. She has a vast knowledge base, which can be seen by the number of qualifications she's hold. I cannot recommend Katie highly enough.
