Kyle has been my personal trainer for over 6 years. During this time, I have greatly benefited from his advice, expertise, dedication and commitment to me, as his client. His support has enabled me to overcome major health obstacles and recover from procedures that would be expected to enduringly stop people from daily physical activities. Furthermore, he has provided me with training and motivation to join power lifting competitions, and have my lifting performance officially recorded. Kyle is a very competent trainer and a great person. Highly recommended if you want to get serious about strength and training!

Ive been going to Kyle's gym since last August of 2018. One of the best decisions I have made in regards to my health and fitness. I started at 58 kg with back issues. Now rolling into April 2019 and Im 65kg with no back issues. I find Kyle's teaching methods innovative, easy to understand and motivating. Recent program I am on is called ALPS, focusing on upper body strength. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
