Letitia is amazing! She meets you where you are at to help you get to where you want to be. Letitia has helped me move through periods serious of rehab, to where I am now - strong, fit, and able to keep up with my family. Letitia is professional, empathetic, non judgmental, and is excited about every session. She is continuously developing her knowledge and approach to training. With ongoing medical issues, Letitia always has alternative exercises I can do, she listens and encourages me to listen to my body and change when something isnt 'working ' for me. She researches and understands my medical issues so I get the most out of each and every training session.
