I have known May for a number of years and had the pleasure of mentoring her in the Les Mills Body Balance program. I have seen May develop from a class participant into a highly capable and committed yoga, Pilates and Body Balance instructor. May's dedication her craft and improving both her technical knowledge and coaching experience is admirable and she has become an excellent instructor of all the style she teaches. May teaches a very popular class at Camberwell and has covered many other times. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to others. May is a great teacher. Her classes are always full of fun and laughter. Her instructions are precise and easy to follow. She teaches to a level that will push you to improve without intimidating you. May engages with her students on a personal level that I find both reassuring and professional. She will adapt to the needs of the class or student on the day. I believe this is the mark of a great teacher.
