I found Sarah's PT session to be really fun, challenging and a great workout. I think it's great that she checks in on how you're doing with the exercises and will change it up if it's too hard or needs more energy.

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking on the challenge of keeping me motivated and ultimately getting me fit and back into shape. Your personable attitude and motivation has kept me going and it is nice to wake up feeling fresher, healthier and stronger. You are the only trainer that has inspired me to continue with my fitness, and have made it so enjoyable to ultimately burn my fat. The early mornings were often a struggle yet knowing that I was going to a fun environment – although tough environment – makes it worthwhile and after a couple of weeks the early mornings were not so bad. You are a continual support for me and my training and I look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Exercising with Sarah is fantastic. She has tailored a program for me, my body shape and age, plus accounts for a recovering injury. We sweat, we run, we shake it up and we laugh. My body is transforming inch by inch. Sarah is into the whole body and mind approach and she keeps the exercise varied and interesting – I highly recommend her as a health and fitness coach who is qualified, fun and positive.

Since having my daughter I really struggled to get back into exercise and found myself weak, with no energy and no motivation but since being with Sarah that has all changed. Sarah is an amazing PT who knows how to get the best out of you. It's also an added bonus that I can bring my daughter to each session. In just a number of weeks I am a lot stronger than I ever thought I'd be and am loving exercising again. I would highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah's Little Friends Fitness Club has been a great way to get fit following the birth of my baby. The training sessions are fun, always different, and challenge me to push myself to improve my fitness. A fantastic way to get fit whilst I have my little girl with and meet some local mums. Getting back into shape post pregnancy has been really enjoyable under Sarah from My Style Fitness' leadership. It's great to exercise outdoors, three times a week with other like-minded mums who all enjoy Sarah's workouts as much as I do. From HIIT and hill sprints to boxing and core work and everything in between, Sarah is always mixing it up so you never know what you're going to get each session (which I love). I always walk away feeling like I've worked hard and enjoy sharing it with my baby boy too!
