With a Fitness Industry career that began in 1990, my expereince spans Personal Training, Group Fitness and Pilates, with such companies at Les Mills International, Les Mills Asia Pacific, Fitness Fitness First and Studio Pilates, as well as running my own small personal pilates and training business. My passion is education, with experince in course facilitation and DVD presentation across both Les Mills Group Fitness and Pilates.
