I’ve been working with Tania off and on for several years now as both my Personal Trainer and attending Classes she leads. I can’t recommend her enough! She is such a lovely and kind person, that I always work extra hard just to please her! She is so considerate of my fitness needs, and escalates my program to continue to challenge me and keep me fit. I always look forward to my sessions with her, and have really seen the benefits over the years with muscle tone, and strength. I also see her training a wide range of other people from young to old, who all clearly appreciate all that she does.

Tania Kingi has Personal Trained me for over 7 years. Over this time I have been very impressed with her approach & her professionalism. She is always cheerful, committed & continually comes up with new ways to further develop my fitness. Tania has been largely responsible for me being able to recover my fitness after a series of surgeries to address a cancer matter & she now believes she might have got me to the point where I will be able to complete the Kokoda Trail, I take on that challenge next month! Given the physical depletion that I had reached five years ago this is a very significant achievement. I cannot recommend Tania highly enough as a Personal Trainer & Fitness coach.

What a positive difference Tania has made in my life! I first started working with Tania in April 2021 with the goal of regaining functional strength, building muscle mass and generally feeling better. Not only has she helped me achieve my goals but she didn’t miss a beat when Melbourne went into lockdown (again). After seamlessly pivoting to Zoom I was able to continue my routine at home. From a mental health and wellness perspective Tania was essential for me to get through the pandemic. Tania is truly a total package - knowledgeable, motivating, empathetic while still challenging me at every session. I highly recommend working with her to achieve your fitness goals too!

I have been a client of Tania's for 2 years. I find Tania to be not only a great trainer (the best!) but one of the most inspirational people I have ever met (have you read her bio!) March 2020 strict COVID-19 lockdown commenced so I began Zoom online personal training & circuit sessions in my spare bedroom, Tania, as ever the encourager, told me I would find it cathartic! I can not thank her enough for not only her life-saving sessions to keep me sane, but her generosity, time & support to help me get through this trying time to make fitness part of my daily routine & to keep me motivated. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Tania to anyone and don't let COVID-19 stop you!

We are an active couple in our mid-sixties, who have been members of Middle Park Fitness for 10 years. We began working with Tania over 3 years ago and have found her to be an excellent trainer. She carried out an extensive evaluation of our physical limitations and came up with a program that worked at maintaining our strengths, whilst improving our weaknesses, concentrating on a mix of aerobic and weight exercise, paying particular attention to core strength, flexibility and balance - important areas for people of our vintage. She referred us to an excellent physio to help with the occasional musculoskeletal problem and liaises with him to help implement an appropriate rehab program.

Tania has trained my Helen & I for many years both individually & together. We find her a dedicated professional who both listens to our individual needs and pushes us when necessary. She is able to adapt our training to fit our different levels of fitness & strength during the same session. She is very good at training people with special needs and has trained some of our children & grandchildren. Oh and did we mention she is also a really nice person?

Tania is an amazing PT, I have been very fortunate to have been a client of Tania's for over 3 years. Before I started with Tania going to the gym was a bit of a chore and I can honestly say signing up with Tania has been the best investment I have made. She pushes you but knows your limits and helps you achieve your fitness goals. For example, a goal of mine was to take up running, before I started my sessions with Tania I could barely run on level 8 on the treadmill. I now do sprint sessions and can run long distances - something I wouldn't have been able to achieve on my own or without the help and support of Tania.

I have never been very enthusiastic about attending a gym or doing weights, etc, but Tania has completely changed my mind about this. Tania has now been my personal trainer for over 4 years. I have found her terrific as both a personal trainer (she knows what she is doing and is always making sure you keep progressing, and you use the right technique) and she is a lovely human being. Such an asset! I would recommend Tania highly to any employer or any person thinking about engaging her as their personal trainer, as long as that doesn't mean I lose my precious weekly sessions with Tania! Tania was employed by RACV Club Fitness Centre as the Fitness Centre Assistant Manager Member Services. She reported directly to me during this period. Tania was responsible for the performance of the front line team and implementation of member services. This involved the formulation and implementation of member strategy, financial and operational reporting, member care, staff training and performance plans.
