A Bit About Me

I am: Self-driven, Optimistic, Self Motivated and Very Goal Orientated. Love being active with fitness and the outdoors. I love helping and watching people succeed with their goals, especially my students. I love a challenge and working with all types of people. Being an educator for children, academics, for exercise and martial arts I always want to learn from anybody or any situation. I enjoy re-establishing my goals then achieving them once each goal is achieved. I have over 40 years of martial arts experience, over 25 years experience in the fitness industry and over 15 years teaching experience from school children to university students.
