Jen is a great trainer who makes me feel comfortable & safe, our training sessions are always different and compliment my other weekly workouts. She knows my body better than I do, she can see if I have a couple more reps in me or if its time to have a rest. Training with Jen has made me feel better within myself & I’m seeing results, I’m much stronger & am losing inches - I love training with her

Jen has really helped me over time improve my balance, posture and strength. This is becoming more important the older I get. There is nothing quite as valuable as your health. Jen will push me gently to achieve things I did not think I could do. She encourages perseverance without being pushy, and you realise yourself that you really need to keep the momentum going to keep strong and healthy. I am just so grateful that Jen was working at the gym at the hospital where I work, when I decided to try my luck with a personal trainer again. I can’t imagine not training now. Also, her Pilates classes are the best. I just love her and she’s helped me become healthier, more fit and happier
