The purpose of this course is to provide students with introductory to intermediate-level education on the fundamental principles of Loaded Movement Training (LMT) and exercises that make up the foundational drills of all ViPR Programs.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Experience loaded movement training with ViPR
- Define and comprehend Loaded Movement Training Fundamentals
- Understand and have the ability to communicate ViPR LMT-1 & 2 programming for Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning
- Possess the ability to clearly and accurately communicate the essential elements of ViPR Exercises using 4 Step Programming Model
- Learn to effectively communicate, observe and progress/regress ViPR exercises and to clients using the ViPR Training Model
- Attach ViPR exercises to an understanding of functional anatomy with fundamentals around myofascial lines.
- Possess the ability to clearly and accurately communicate the essential elements of ViPR Exercises using 2 additional steps within the Programming Model, accounting for 6 total steps.
- Learn to effectively communicate ViPR exercises for clients by using the ViPR Training Model to further observe, decide and strategise on progressions and regressions.
