This course is the beginning of MFT for me. All courses are well planned and executed, with massive interaction and plenty of room to analyze and query, with plenty of re-action of what you are learning. Looking forward to the next one.

For anyone wanting to incorporate powerbags into their training, be it with one on ones or groups, this course lays strong foundations, it is practical and has strong theory with it. All aspects are covered, I would recommend it to anyone that wants to improve their knowledge and use of powerbags.
