UTA presents - Power Bands for Mobility, Strength, and Conditioning.

This massive training event takes you through an intensive hands on practical experience details how to use power bands via the Unconventional Training Academy's systematic training approach.

What you can expect to learn:

Address structural dysfunctions

Effectively mobilize and activate the body

Independent training – using the band for traditional strength training

Anchored and partner training

Agility and speed drills

Assistance training – assisting clients with their movements

Assisted resistance – utilizing bands on equipment such as barbells and kettlebells to reinforce correct movement, technique, while adding extra resistance and changing of the strength curve in the body

De-loading – how to use bands to assist in the recovery process.
