Older Adult Fitness Level 1

Designed for group fitness instructors to train and equip them in building and delivering fun and effective freestyle aerobics classes. This is a comprehensive four-week online program that covers our ‘Introduction to Working with Older Adults’ course, as well as all the practical aspects of teaching aerobics classes, circuit classes and chair-based classes for older adults. We teach about the music, the exercises, building a class, and how to become a great instructor, and include interviews, demonstrations, example workouts and downloads. 

Assessment: Online theory + practical submission.
