Good balance is critical for maintaining a healthy independent life as we age. And it's something we can improve on over time with practice. This course equips professionals with 100 different static and dynamic balance exercises for older adults to include as a part of their weekly fitness program, to improve balance, strength and coordination, and reduce the risk of falls.
