Then we've got the training course for you that is 100% online! Our Mobility Bundle #1 brings together three great online short courses - Your Style Freestyle, Having a Ball, and Fun with Scarves. The bundle gives you 150 exercises that you can do with your senior and older adult participants, that is going to have them exercising safely and effectively, while they have a little fun too. The exercises are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and challenge co-ordination, to keep your participants moving. These low intensity seated exercises are designed specifically for people with mobility restrictions or limited fitness, and we give you lots of adaptations so you can make them easier or harder to suit your classes too.
