Position: Permanent Part-Time Gymnastics Coach/Coordinator

Hours: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conducting gymnastics classes for children ranging from toddlers to 15 years old, focusing on skill development and progression.
• Providing coaching support to athletes up to level 3/4 standard, nurturing their talent and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Planning and organizing engaging and safe gymnastics lessons, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including class scheduling, parent communication, and record-keeping.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall gymnastics program and contribute to its success.

Requirements:

• Previous experience teaching gymnastics to children, with a strong understanding of fundamental skills and techniques.
• Ability to work with children of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to more advanced athletes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for coordinating classes and managing administrative tasks.
• Enthusiasm for gymnastics and a commitment to creating a fun and supportive learning environment for all participants.
