Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Sales Consultant to join our team at Invictus Health Club. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell club memberships to prospective members.
  • Conduct tours of the facility and showcase the club's amenities, programs, and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information about membership options, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, membership changes, and billing issues.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into membership sales.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and increase membership sales.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in the fitness or wellness industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of fitness programs, equipment, and services is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
