I have been to a fair number of gyms in my time and this one surpasses all of them. Lachlan has a phenomenal knowledge of all things fitness and nutrition and also possesses a genuine interest and care in listening to you, supporting your goals, tailoring your program with all of these aspects combined and helping you get there. I have never been more impressed. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming from attendees and staff alike. You won’t be disappointed signing up.

I’ve been going to STG since February and in that time I’ve lost around 10 kgs , both Chris and Lachlan are amazing at what they do. Chris has the ability to know how far to push you and I’ve watched him do this on an individual basis with all of his clients it’s great to see new people come in and see their own progress. I love the whole getting stronger and really enjoy seeing my own results and even though it’s a small group the only one you are competing with is yourself.

Where do I start? I’m not a “gym person” but Chris and Lachlan made me feel welcome from the outset. They understand my fitness goals and are working with me to achieve them. We’ve worked on strengthening areas with pre-existing injuries to prevent reoccurrences and I’m feeling stronger than I have in years.
