Kate Auld

Adventure, Soccer Coaching

I have been going to Kate for Personal Training for the last 5 weeks as I am getting married very soon, I have really enjoyed all of the challenging sessions that I have done with Kate and love the fact that we do it outside! I have found that having a personalised plan has worked wonders as I have dropped a dress size already! I would recommend Kate to anyone!

Who is Kate Auld?

After 10-years of sitting at a computer, creating Visual Effects for some of the decade's biggest films (James Bond: Quantum of Solace, Harry Potter 7, Mission: Impossible 4, Captain America, The Avengers, Prometheus) Kate returned to her first love: sport, fitness and the outdoors.

Many of us work long, sedentary hours and typically they are hours spent indoors. It's for this reason Kate has made a full-time commitment to making the most of the beautiful outdoors, as a qualified trainer. Join Kate and surround yourself with fresh air, sunshine and green spaces.

Rewind the clock and you'll discover Australian-born, Kate won the Pierre de Coubertin award. She was an all-round athlete: played touch football, soccer, basketball, and competed at state level cross country, athletics and swimming. In her 20s, Kate was a Northern Eagles representative for three consecutive years at the annual National Touch League tournament.

In addition to regular sports, Kate loves physical challenges... and maybe a hint of adrenalin?!
Over the years she has challenged herself in an array of activities and events: aqua zorbing, air-boarding in the Swiss Alps, Go Ape tree top adventures in the UK, sky diving over Byron Bay, zip-lining through Costa Rica, white water rafting, paragliding the French Alps, and tackling mud-obstacle courses such as Tough Mudder, Suck It Up Buttercup and the Inverell Toughen Up Challenge.

For Kate, it's all in the name of fun!
