Hi, I'm Adam, a Personal Trainer with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University.
My training philosophy combines aesthetic goals with athletic development and injury prevention. I believe most people want to look and feel their best while having the confidence that their bodies are strong, capable, and able to move pain-free.
I specialise in working with people at the beginning or intermediate stages of their fitness journey who are looking to learn the fundamentals or take their training to the next level. My coaching is practical, evidence-based and results driven.
