A Bit About Me
I have been a registered fitness professional since the early 1980s, continuing education and having worked in the health-fitness industry in many formats. I love designing and bringing new ideas into reality, always working outside society's square boxes, being a rebel at heart.
I have recently published my first book, The MUMfit Book (self-love motherhood). It went to number 1 on Amazon Kindle in two categories; womens' health and pregnancy-childbirth, on 4th August 2019. Now available in paperback, hardback, Kindle (312 pages). My life's work of health, fitness, nutrition, herbs, parenting and self love motherhood.
I am a naturopath, fitness trainer, writer and motherhood mentor.
