I have over 15 years experience in various aspects of health and wellness, ranging from personal training, nutrition and naturopathy.
My experience allows me to help individuals wanting to make significant changes in their life whether it be losing weight to reducing stress and making progress with health related goals whilst taking a holistic approach.
I also believes that through education and understanding pathology alone can create everlasting changes with impactful results in getting individuals educated on why their body may be holding onto those extra kg's.
