A Bit About Me
My fitness journey first began back in 2015 after being diagnosed with PCOS and putting on a substantial amount of weight in a short amount of time. It wasn't until I had my son in 2017 that I finally took the plunge and started working in my first gym as a Junior Trainer while completing my certificate III. Since then I've completed my Certificate IV, Advanced Nutrition Coaching and various other courses as well as worked in various gyms in different capacities.
I'm committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and I'm with them every step of the way.
