A Bit About Me
I began in the Fitness industry in 2001 as an aerobics instructor, so I have nearly 20 years experience in the industry. I have completed International Certification in Les Mills Body Step, Body Pump and CXWORX as well as trained in Body Combat. In 2019 I completed my Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer and I am currently studying the Diploma of Clinical Pilates, both at Breathe Education. In August 2020 during the second Melbourne Lockdown I have successfully opened my own online Pilates Classes business and am really enjoying creating my own community. I'm a Mum to 3 beautiful kids and have started running through these COVID times. My kids and I are currently addicted to the TV show "The Next Step". I also love swimming and tennis.
