I’m Chris, I help people workout for freedom and for adventure. ⛰ I ‘Rockout Workouts’ for people of any age at any stage. I have helped hundreds run their first Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. I've lead the winning team on GoRuck Ingress Operation Clearfield Manila 2025. I visit mountains for nature & conservation. I have circumnavigated the world once.
As Tour Crew of POUND Rockout Workout, I represent the fitness company nationwide, hold events, and support other fitness professionals. I am ActiveIQ Certified, meeting the European Qualifications Framework - Level 3 as a Fitness Instructor. I am on the training committee of Team Spartan Ravens. I am a member of Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation and the Haribon Foundation.
