A Bit About Me

I have just started working in the Fitness Industry in early 2021 as Personal Trainer. Before that, I was a basketball coach for 3 years while studying and aim to restart soon.

I have a passion for all things health and fitness, and after studying at the University of Canberra for 4 years my desire to learn and be exposed to various training styles and sports is a driving factor in everything I do.

I have over 4 years of experience training and coaching teams and clients across various styles of sport and fitness and am passionate about creating change.

I have coached young basketball athletes, the older population, everyday people like myself, those with huge weight loss goals, and those that just want to get active or to stay active.

As I grow in knowledge and experience I hope to attract people who just like myself want to grow and create positive change in their lives. So come along and train with me and we can grow and become better versions of ourselves together.
