Deb has a 35 year history in fitness that is comprised of Martial Arts, Certified 5th Degree Black Belt & Master Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer (formerly), Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga Instructor, & Zumba Instructor. CPR & First Aid certified.
Deb has experience with everyone from young children to mature adults, as well as mentally & physically challenged individuals. She loves to challenge herself as well as her participants, but is sensitive to personal issues & will work with you to develop your fitness & confidence.
Whatever Deb is teaching, she believes in providing a great workout, with proper technique & having FUN!
