HEY THERE, I'M ERIN! MY FITNESS JOURNEY KICKED OFF WITH A SOLID 13 YEARS IN COMPETITIVE TRACK & FIELD, SPECIALISING IN POLE VAULT AT A NATIONAL LEVEL. SHIFTING GEARS, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE GYM, TRANSITIONING FROM CARDIO TO A WEIGHT-TRAINING FOCUS AND EVENTUALLY STEPPING ONTO THE STAGE FOR MY FIRST BIKINI BODYBUILDING COMPETITION IN LATE 2019.
