A Bit About Me
I've been involved in the fitness industry off and on since 1996 where I gained my VICFIT Certificate and then Personal Trainer Cert in 1998. Some 12 years later I decided to reskill and complete a Certificate IV in Fitness with Personal Training Academy, also known as PTA Global. I really enjoy Functional Movement and have completed a certificate in Effective Movement Training. I love taking group classes and enjoy training outdoors more than gym floors! I'm a qualified Punchfit Instructor and love seeing the improvement of clients from when they first put the gloves on. Over the past 10 years I've worked in an Education and Youth support setting where I've actively promoted and provided health and wellbeing programs for students who need it the most.
