Hannah is one of those rare individuals who 'gets' her clients. She takes the time to understand their goals, their motivations and what drives them and uses that to push you to success. I worked with Hannah for almost 12 months training for the New York Marathon. For the first time in years I ran injury free consistently and I always felt supported in my training and progress. I ran an amazing race and had an amazing time & much of that can be put down to my training. Hannah is always professional, yet friendly and is always willing to go above and beyond to help her clients achieve results.

I worked with Hannah after I decided to build core muscle but my injured right shoulder and dislike of working in a gym had prevented me from joining a gym. Hannah had been absolutely fantastic to work with. She created a training programme taking my aversion to the gym and injury into consideration. One of the best of her many great qualities was her seeking feedback from her clients and modifying exercises accordingly. She also encouraged me throughout each session which meant a lot to me. She was always punctual for each of our session. I'd recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable trainer who can make difference.

I have been working with Hannah for close to 6 months now. I first contacted Hannah after having major neck surgery following a serious injury. Not only was she able to help recover from deficits experienced from surgery but approach fitness in a fun and diverse way to help prevent future injuries. Hannah uses active listening and takes a keen interest in my goals to develop a plan that works best for me. Hannah explains and demonstrates exercises wonderfully to avoid any confusion. She is more than happy to explain how the exercises help and adapt them or the plan if required. Hannah is always super friendly, approachable and positive when interacting.

I have been training with Hannah once a week for 6 months now. From following Hannah on Instagram I could see she was professional & knowledgable in all aspects of training but particularly powerlifting. This led me to ask her to become my coach. I am so happy with not only the powerlifting improvements but that she helps me rehab any niggles and also works on muscle weakness, programming exercises to strengthen and grow areas that I have previously lacked in. Hannah has a gentle and measured approach to training her clients, always focusing on preserving and helping the body. Hannah is a diligent exercise physiologist. She has an excellent understanding of human anatomy and physiology, is able to diagnose injuries accurately and design exercises to assist with rehabilitation. Her lessons are always fun and interesting. She listens to our goals and offers a variety of exercises to suit our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our lessons with her twice a week for the past year. My husband and I have both benefited greatly under her care. We look forward to spend more time with her in the future.

Hannah has been a huge help in getting me and my partner's fitness back on track and keeping us accountable. I have been working with Hannah for about 9 months now. She is my powerlifting coach. In this time, we have added 15kg to my squat, 15kg to my deadlift, and 6kg to my bench, with more to come. With Hannah I feel confident enough to compete in my first powerlifting competition. Her programming is targeted to what I need and becomes more specific the longer we work together. I have also worked together with Hannah in a professional sense (I am a physiotherapist). It says a lot about a practitioner when they are willing to refer their clients to other health professionals to ensure they receive appropriate care. It demonstrates Hannah places her client's needs first, which I respect.

Hannah displays a high level of expertise in everything she does. She is extremely safety conscious and keeps constant watch over what I'm doing, always checking for any sign of pain or discomfort. She's helped me with knee, shoulder, and ankle issues and I'm getting stronger all the time. She is also working with my sister on a neck injury which required surgery and getting similar results.
