Hello my name is Jade. (Hyun Jeong) I help women design healthier lives through personalised fitness, posture correction and holistic wellness education practices and expertise.
With over (totally) 5 years of experience as a personal trainer and movement specialist in Korea, I’ve worked with more than 300+ clients helping them improve their strength, posture and confidence. My clients range from young women to seniors and includes preparing for pregnancy clients.
In Korea I’ve provided both one on one and group training sessions as well as wellness workshops for companies. My expertise includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pilates, posture analysis and movement based programs for injury prevention and recovery.
