A Bit About Me
Hi my name is Jessy and I love fitness and living a healthy active lifestyle.
I have always been very active as a kid doing a variety of sports growing up. I started weight training at 17 years old.
I studied fitness into my early 20's and started working in the Fitness Industry.
Soon after I was introduced into the bodybuilding world and started competing as a Figure competitor and did well in all my comps.
I received my Pro card in 2022 and won my Pro Show in 2023.
I'm just getting back into the Industry after a few years off as I worked Full time at Harley Davidson.
I'm looking forward to working back in the gym, teaching classes and doing some Personal Training also!!
