A Bit About Me
I may be new to Les Mills, but I’m not new to teaching. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work as a boxing coach, gymnastics coach, Zumba instructor, pole dancing instructor, and dance teacher. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I teach and deepened my love for movement.
I’m now beginning my group fitness journey with BODYBALANCE®, a program I fell in love with for its integration of Tai Chi, yoga, Pilates, and meditation. I’m passionate about health, fitness, and spiritual well-being, and I truly enjoy creating a space where people can feel strong, grounded, and connected. I’m excited to share this passion with the community and grow alongside the people I teach.
