Hi, I’m Jess – a dedicated and approachable Pilates instructor passionate about helping people move with strength, confidence, and purpose.
With a Certificate IV and Diploma in Clinical Pilates, I deliver results-focused classes that improve functional movement, build strength, and enhance body awareness. I currently teach at Club Pilates Cornubia and other local studios, working with clients of all levels – from beginners to those recovering from injury.
