A Bit About Me
I am passionate about Pilates for any body! With 20 years experience in soft tissue rehab I bring an understanding of functional anatomy and dynamic posture to every session; wether it be the mat or reformer, helping clients connect and become more body aware are the driving forces for each workout. In 2016 I expanded my Pilates passion to the barre, teaching Raisedbarre has been such a fun way to expand the principles of Pilates into another realm of movement!
