I'm a Personal Trainer with 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, using strength and conditioning fundamentals to help clients get stronger, fitter, and more mobile.

My 3-tier programming approach is tailored to each individual, taking into account mobility, training history, injuries, and goals; ensuring safe, effective, and sustainable progress. At Macquarie University Sport & Aquatic Centre, I led personal training and group classes including Boxing, HIIT, and Strength & Conditioning.

With a background in Cognitive Neuroscience, I apply motor learning principles to help clients perform movements correctly and safely. I also hold a degree in Data Science, using data-driven methods to track progress and reduce injury risk. Joel and I worked together on strength programming over a period of three months. I first heard about Joel through word of mouth about a great PT in the gym. I sat down with Joel and discussed my goals of wanting to increase my strength and muscle definition. Throughout the three months, I achieved significant increases in strength, muscle definition and overall increase to my knowledge of how to program my own goals into the future. For those reading this, I recommend Joel as an employee as he is already more than capable, but he learns as he goes. He adapted new training styles and data inputs as we progressed together throughout the three months that furthered my results
