A Bit About Me
Upon becoming ASCA and NSCA CSCS Accredited, completing a MSc degree in Strength and Conditioning with Distinction and having previously graduated with a first-class honours BSc in Sport and Exercises Sciences, I am seeking employment in a professional strength and conditioning environment in Australia. I have developed many skills through my
education and compiled over six years of coaching experience (paid and voluntary positions) from general population to elite athletes from a variety of sports.
Years of exposure to testing, programming and coaching athletes has allowed me to facilitate championship success and low injury rates at club and county level to several teams including Antrim GAA Minor hurling squads and Dunloy Senior Hurlers and Gaelic Footballers. I also maintained the upkeep of top-level Irish Football Association (IFA) soccer referees in Northern Ireland for five years.

Hi guys John worked for us over a 3 year period (which included two lots of lockdowns), we were hugely disappointed when he opted to emigrate. Our clients absolutely loved him. Not only is he hugely qualified and experienced but he also genuinely cares about his clients John ran small group coaching for general population, he ran our athletes S&C sessions and all The youth sessions as welling as personal trading sessions with rehab client and general population As an employee he was very reliable, hard working and trustworthy Any gym would be lucky to have him on board
