Health is so multifaceted. To be healthy literally means to be whole and I am passionate about helping you to lead a full, happy and healthy life. This is training smart!! I met Jude at the gym and was learning from her before I became a client. Jude's knowledge base is extremely vast! She's got something for everyone! I did a heavy leg session in a small group & I have also utilised her services to write me a kettlebell program to take with me when I travel. With the kettlebells... I learned the proper techniques & form to use this equipment which is really important. I am extremely keen to add her other programs such as the stretching & mobility classes. I really need this!!

I cannot recommend Jude highly enough. The classes are fun and she modifies each exercise to suit each individuals capabilities and strengths.... The ladies are all friendly and offer advice and encouragement constantly. I feel fitter and stronger already and love the variety of the exercises. Do yourself a favour and sign up with Jude....you really won't be sorry.
