Kerri has been my Trainer for over three years. She is always on-point with her programs to suit my ever-changing goals and health conditions. The support she provides me is empathetic, confidence-building, constructive and encouraging. She is an excellent Trainer who always makes herself available if I have questions or problems. Her meal planning suggestions are fantastic and her fitness programs are never dull. I intend to stay training with her as long as I can.

Kerri has been my trainer for more than 50 sessions and I have on-going plans for many more. Its hard to find a good trainer these days with many aspiring new trainers that have no real experience. i found Kerri in a gym i was using and i never looked back. i had to restart training my body to move correctly and Kerri was the right person for the job. Kerri is extremely passionate about fitness and getting people to start moving. Kerri can produce a heart raising work out with minimal equipment even using a tea towel. highly recommend Kerri for all fitness and training requirements from beginners at any age to seasoned athletes that need to check their movement patterns.
