A Bit About Me
Kia Ora! My name is Kaya and I’m a young fitness professional from Aotearoa / New Zealand.
I’ve been teaching and competing competing in Mixed Martial Arts since I was a little girl. I hold a black belt in ITF Taekwondo, representing Wellington and New Zealand in multiple disciplines. I enjoy training all people. From children, to professional fighters.
I have a love and passion for fitness which has led me to a career in the fitness industry. I currently enjoy teaching group fitness classes such as Kickboxing, Boxing, HIIT, Spin/Cycle and Functional group training. But I do love hitting pads one on one with clients and building strong relationships with people to help them achieve their goals. Whatever the goal is, I’m eager to jump on the ride :)
